For Website:

• Log in to your hellodeal account
• Click ‘My Account’
• Go to ‘Contact Information’
• Select ‘Change Email’
• Enter your new email address then enter your current password and select save to update.

For app:

• Open the hellodeal app
• Go to the “Account” section at the top left corner of your app
• Click ‘Sign In to your account’ and log in to your account.
• Select ‘Edit info’ option then ‘Change Email’
• Enter your new email address then enter your current password and select save to update.

For Website:


• Log in to your hellodeal account
• Click ‘My Account’
• Go to ‘Contact Information’
• Select ‘Change Password’
• Enter your Current Password then enter your New Password and re-enter the New Password again to confirm


For app:


• Open the hellodeal app
• Go to the “Account” section at the top left corner of your app
• Click ‘Sign In to your account’ and log in to your account.
• Select ‘Edit info’ option then ‘Change Password’
• Enter your Current Password then enter your New Password and re-enter the New Password again to confirm

For Website:

• Go to Hellodeal Website
• Click ‘Register’ in the top right corner on of the website
• Enter you Name, Email address, password & click ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’


For app:

• Open the hellodeal app
• Go to the “Account” section at the top left corner of your app
• Click ‘Sign In to your account’
• Select ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’ option
• Enter you Name, Email address, password & click ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’

You have to send us a complete/detailed Business Proposal, including the product and price list attached to support@hellodeal.com. So, we may forward it to our concerned Business Development Team. After our team has gone through it, they will contact you and let you know the feedback.
